If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

• The helmet must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories should be included where applicable.
• Products damaged through accidents, misuse, improper handling, or normal wear may not be accepted.
• Return requests should include your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue.
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it qualifies for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after inspection. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take additional time to reach your account.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the product was incorrect or defective.
